Session 7 - More DRI and Ports
Here's the text of another GM bill addressed water dependant/related uses, encouraging marina siting plans, limiting boat racks, addressing more/different DRI build out criteria. It also gets in a restriction on the conveyance or management of port facilities by foreign entities.
